    The breakfast at the hotel was very good for a coffee out of the coffee machine. The location was amazing close to almost everything you need. Besides, we were really close to other activities, and lake and sights.

    well-designed Meritel Suite, thoughtful anniversary surprise, excellent wellness spa treatments

    A strong odor from the pipes needs addressing!!! Earplugs are nice, but it's not ideal to be awakened at 8am!!!

    The staff were attentive, always willing to

    Assist with any requests. The hotel's atmosphere was also good, and I especially appreciated the rooftop pool on warm days. The gym felt a bit cramped for larger groups.

    The location is fantastic, with easy access to shopping and vibrant street life. The staff's willingness to go above and beyond, especially James who organized a water bottle for my trip.

    The reception area can get a bit crowded during peak hours, causing minor delays.

    Just a fine choice for a city escape in Hanoi with excellent value for money. The rooftop pool is fantastic. If you're sensitive to noise, consider bringing earplugs.

    We love the meritel! The staff are wonderful, and. The location is perfect, close to almost everything you need. My daughter adored the clean pool, the best we've come across in vietnam!

    Comfortable room, excellent service, and free wi-fi made my stay enjoyable, as the attentive staff promptly resolved my AC issue and assisted me in securing a taxi back to Halong within minutes.

    The location was magnificent and amazing for Hanoi, right by the old quarter, cafes, and Old Town. Hoan Kiem district was worth staying in. I didn't feel like leaving, so strongly recommend this hotel.

    We had a brilliant stay in Hanoi. The room we stayed in was nicely decorated and stylish with a balcony.The vibe here was special.The location was amazing, just a short walk away from an old imperial citadel.
